Fruit Loops and Matter

Educational and yummy! When studying the different states of matter, we used fruit loops to help us understand how atoms interact in these different states. We found out that in solids, the atoms are packed in super tight. And in gases, they move around freely.

What's the Weather Like Today?

Towards the end of the school year, we really became weather experts! Every day, we would look up the weather report and let everyone know what to expect that day during the morning announcements. We would also make sure to record it on the weather wall in our classroom.

Weather Reports

We really became weather experts when we conducted research about different types of weather. From tornadoes to blizzards, we researched the major types of weather that have the greatest impact on our world. We used books, weather websites, and a little bit of our own knowledge to put together our reports and present them to our classmates.
